Sports and performance nutrition: My background in sports science and nutrition lends itself to working with athletes – and it is my sweet spot. Physical performance, mental focus and energy are closely connected to how you fuel and take care of your body. Let’s work out the best plan for you and your performance goals!
Gut and digestive health: The gut is the root cause of most chronic health issues. Once the gut is out of balance, several different bodily systems can and will start showing symptoms. Joint pain, head aches, fatigue, mood issues, brain fog, weight gain… and the more obvious digestive issues, can all be caused by imbalances in our gut.
Food sensitivities and intolerances: One of my main topics – as so many people experience issues with food – that they may or may not be aware of – that cause plenty of other issues down stream.
Weight loss: Weight loss is not as simple as eating less and exercising more. The typical self talk around excess weight includes lots of negativity and blame – I am just too lazy and eat too much, it is my fault – are typical things I hear. Often this is far from the truth. Toxicity, hormones, gut imbalances, food sensitivities… there are many factors that can get us out of balance. Let’s fix them!
